Our Programs
Early Childhood Education/ Intervention
TSI provides specialized early childhood education and intervention for children with developmental delays or disabilities, offering individualized learning plans, inclusive classrooms, and therapies that support cognitive, social, and emotional development to prepare children for school and lifelong learning.
Employment and Vocational Training
TSI empowers adults with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment and job skills. Programs include job readiness training, resume and interview coaching, on-the-job support, and career development, with real-world experiences through partnerships and social enterprises.
Adult Day Services/Community Integrat.
TSI’s adult day programs offer structured activities, volunteer opportunities, and recreational events for adults with disabilities and seniors. These services promote socialization, skill-building, and community engagement, with specialized support for seniors and those with memory impairments.
Family Support
We extend our support to families, offering resources to navigate challenges together. TSI recognizes the vital role of caregivers and offers respite care, counseling, education, and support groups to help families manage stress and maintain well-being.

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion to advance the way forward for people with disabilities. As The Strength Initiative, formerly known as Transition Services Inc., thousands of individuals in our community have been cared for, loved, and given opportunities to earn income, to grow, to receive our loving companionship, and to have fun!
